Character authorization is a permission a player can ask for on their character, such as a medical arm, that would make them better at healing wounds, whilst giving them a -10 to rolls.

Copy the following format:

Character's name/faction:
What kind of perk are you looking for?:
How will this benefit your character?:
How will this work against your character?:
